Our full-service pool cleaning and annual maintenance plans provide a worry-free experience, while our certified technicians ensure your water stays clear through expert chemical balancing. We also handle equipment upkeep with routine maintenance and repairs. When it comes to pool openings and closings, our team takes care of everything—from draining and inspections to furniture staging—so you don’t have to. In addition, we offer customizable services tailored to your needs, including restroom cleaning, building maintenance, and more.

Slippery When Wet is locally owned and has been in business for over 15 years. We have two segments to our business with custom pool design & construction as well as commercial pool maintenance services. ​

We are Certified Pool Operators (CPOs) and currently service commercial pools in 8 metro counties. We are an approved vendor for most property management associations and will help you simplify the management of your community pool.

What determines the price of a pool?
Size and design are not the only factors in determining cost. When comparing pool cost make sure you consider the following elements:

• Customer satisfaction and service
Will the pool add value to my home?
Yes. Real estate research shows it will add about 75% of the value of the pool. You can increase that percentage with landscaping and other elements.
Are some swimming pool shapes less expensive than others?
Yes. A curved shape will most often be less expensive than a rectangular pool since pools are priced by the perimeter and surface area of the pool.
What criteria should I use when choosing a pool builder?
The best source of information will be people who have use the builder for their own pool. We are happy to provide references for you to call and speak with our happy customers and ask about their experience. Look for a company who has been well established in your community.
Do I have to be home during the construction process?
No, we are able to build pools without you being in residence.
